April’s the time to prevent childhood trauma: April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month — a special opportunity to emphasize the importance of promoting well-being and preventing maltreatment in childhood. It is also an opportunity to recognize the year-round service and impact of the many people and organizations in our community that are committed to children’s health and safety.
